We Started With a Question

"Why does world-class enterprise technology always come from somewhere else — and always cost more than the businesses that need it most can afford?"

Renurekha Innoventures Private Limited was incorporated in October 2024 in Guwahati, Assam — not in Bengaluru, not in Mumbai, not in a co-working space in Delhi. We chose to build from Northeast India deliberately, because this is where the gap is largest, the need is most urgent, and the opportunity to create genuine impact is most real.

In less than twelve months, we went from incorporation to a fully production-deployed, 17-module enterprise ERP system managing a government-linked frozen food supply chain across three Indian states. No prototypes. No pilots. Production. That is the standard we hold ourselves to — and the standard every client deserves.

Our first enterprise ERP went from zero to 17 production modules in under a year. That velocity, without compromising quality, is our competitive advantage.

Every AI call is anonymised before leaving our infrastructure. A rule-based fallback engine ensures zero downtime if the AI service is unavailable.

PostgreSQL 16 / Redis 7

PostgreSQL 16 as the primary data store — with row-level security, AES-256 encryption at rest, and query-optimised indexing for complex multi-tenant workloads. Redis 7 for sub-millisecond caching, distributed session management, and as the message broker for Celery task queues — keeping every user interaction fast regardless of background processing load.

Docker / Nginx / Celery

Every application runs in isolated Docker containers with dedicated network namespaces — multiple production applications on the same server with zero cross-contamination. Nginx handles TLS termination, reverse proxying, and static asset serving. Celery manages all background jobs — PDF generation, email dispatch, AI batch processing, GST deadline reminders — without blocking the main API.

Security & Government API Integration

JWT with refresh token rotation. Role-based access control enforced at every endpoint. Redis-backed rate limiting. Immutable audit log on every write. Direct integration with GSTN, IRP (e-Invoice), and NIC (e-Way Bill) government portals. Full alignment with India's PDPB and NITI Aayog's five AI principles: Inclusion, Accessibility, Privacy, Transparency, and Accountability.
